The existing business operation was started in Gladstone, and has been family owned and operated since October 2002.
The operation has undergone significant expansion from the initial 76 sheds to 156 sheds and also includes a large adjoining commercial complex.
The current owners purchased the complex in 2002, and at the time it consisted of several commercial businesses and 76 storage sheds. The next few years saw the construction of new buildings and a refurbishment of the commercial aspect of the site. In 2010 the sheds were demolished to construct a new office building and, at the same time, erect 156 new storage sheds on the adjacent block.
